As reported yesterday by HockeyNews.se, Swiss teams are quite interested in the forward who would like to leave Luleå HF. It seems like he has, however, already found a new home.
According to the "Corriere del Ticino", Mario Kempe and HC Lugano have agreed to terms. Supposedly, he now only has to resolve the last details with his soon-to-be former team.
Ever since Kempe requested to leave the team, he has no longer been in the lineup or practicing with the SHL team. The team made, however, clear that he would remain under contract with them until they would have found a feasible solution for both parties.
