"Blick" reported yesterday that EHC Biel was close to signing the forward for the 2024-25 season. That does, however, not seem to be true.
"I was surprised to read that," EHC Biel's team manager Martin Steinegger tells the "Journal du Jura". "In fact, we haven't even had a discussion with the player. [...] I haven't thought about what we are going to do next season. We are focusing on the current situation."
Jonathan Ang's contract expires next spring. The forward has appeared in three games for EHC Kloten this season thus far, recording one assist.
