Goaltender Sandro Aeschlimann will now stay with the National League team until the end of the 2026-27 season.
Aeschlimann's current contract would have been valid until the end of the 2022-23 season, but the two parties decided to sign an early contract extension. The 27-year-old has been with HC Davos since 2019. This season, he has posted a .938 save percentage in 28 games.
As for goaltending coach Peter Mettler, he will stay with HC Davos for another two seasons. The 41-year-old former goaltender has also been part of HCD's organization since 2019.
