Michal Čajkovský has been playing in the KHL for almost a decade, but did not find a new team for the 2025-26 season. The Slovakian defenseman was under contract with Spartak Moskva for the past two seasons.
Last season, the defender appeared in 40 regular-season games for the KHL team, recording two goals and twelve assists.
