According to information acquired by Elite Prospects, the option in the contract of Schäppi has been activated.
Reto Schäppi will wear the ZSC Lions' jersey for at least one more season. In January 2022, the 32-year-old forward signed a one-year deal containing an option for an additional season. The said option has now apparently been activated.
It will be Schäppi's 14th season with the Lions, his only club in his career so far.
