"I haven't signed a contract yet, but we've been negotiating," Petteri Nummelin tells Iltalehti. Being an assistant coach for HC Ajoie is something that he can well imagine: "There is the right kind of passion in the club at the moment. They want to build something new there, but we'll see."
While Nummelin confirms being in contact with HC Ajoie, the Quotidien Jurassien reports that another old acquaintance of team manager Julien Vauclair might become their new head coach: Peter Andersson.
The now 56-year-old Swede has been without a job since he got fired by the SHL's Brynäs IF a bit more than a year ago. From 2013 to 2016 Andersson worked as an assistant coach for HC Lugano, when Julien Vauclair played there.
