As already announced by HC Ambrì-Piotta in April, their organization has turned a profit this fiscal year. In total, adding all members of the HCAP group, a net positive of CHF 220,000 was achieved. The annual financial statement was approved by the assembly.
As president Filippo Lombardi mentions, the main concern at the moment is still the debt of the group, which will be felt in the coming years due to repayments of Covid-loans, credits for the new arena and other matters. To help with the debt, the extraordinary assembly has authorized the administrative board to alter the share capital.
As the club writes in their press release, a raise in ticket prices and membership fees is unavoidable to be able to present a balanced budget and receive a license for the 2023-24 season.
