A member of the EC Klagenfurter Athletiksport Club - under now-EHC Biel head coach Petri Matikainen - last season, Rihards Bukarts has not yet suited up professionally this autumn. As "Blick" writes, that might change soon - he seems to be a serious candidate to reinforce the National League squad.
The 27-year-old Latvian has been around - his junior time was spent in his home country, Russia and the WHL, he suited up in the AHL and the ECHL, then returned to Europe to play in Czechia, the KHL, the DEL, and the KHL again, before joining Klagenfurt last summer.
