As Aftonbladet reports, "an insightful source" has given them the information that Roger Rönnberg will succeed Marc Crawford in two years. The first report of those rumors surfaced this weekend through Henrik Leman of rakapuckar.com.
However, when asked about the rumor by SVT, Rönnberg denies the report, stating that the information provided was not correct. The ZSC Lions, too, issued a statement, writing that the report was not true.
According to Aftonbladet, Rönnberg and Frölunda HC will not continue their working relationship come spring 2025. He would thus leave the SHL team after twelve years of having been their head coach.
