SC Bern has announced the acquisition of Claude-Curdin Paschoud. Joining from Davos, the 29-year-old will stay with the Bears until next summer.

"We are very happy that Claude-Curdin Paschoud will continue his career in Bern", team manager Andrew Ebbett states. "He brings size, experience, and stability to the defense and adds even more depth to the squad."

Paschoud, who came up through Davos' junior department all the way up to their National League team, was finally able to play a full season again in 2022-23 after struggling with injuries in recent years. Overall, the defenseman made 389 National League games for Davos.
