SC Bern extends contract with Mats Alge

Mats Alge's contract would have been valid until 2027. He will now stay with SC Bern until the end of the 2028-29 season. The 23-year-old joined the Bears a year ago from the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. "Mats is a versatile forward with great potential. We're delighted that he wants to continue developing that potential with us in the future,” says SCB's director of sport Martin Plüss. 

Alge suited up in 50 games for SC Bern last season, recording seven goals and two assists.
