The 27-year-old defenseman and EHC Kloten have decided to dissolve their contract. Kindschi has now signed a deal with SC Bern.
His new contract is valid until the end of the 2024-25 season and contains an option for an additional season. Originally, Kindschi was loaned to the Bears until January 15.
"Simon Kindschi integrated himself into the team quickly, His playing style fits our DNA [...]," Andrew Ebbett, team manager of SC Bern, statets. Kindschi has appeared in 17 games for Kloten (one assist) as well as eight games for SC Bern (one assist).
