NLA - As one can read in today's Tages Anzeiger, the Kloten Flyers have suspended their Canadian defender Micki DuPont for yesterday's game against Genève-Servette HC in order to set a signal in the crisis.
Furthermore, according to the same source, the 34-year-old is not expected to scratch the ice for the Flyers until further notice.
For how long the Canadian will be suspended as well as if there have been any crude incidents behind the scenes is unclear so far. The club remains silent about that for the moment.
Micki DuPont has appeared in 24 games for the Flyers this season so far, scoring eleven points (2 goals, 9 assists).
