Simon Laager, CEO of the SCL Tigers, believes that Jann Falett has the right working experience for the role of COO: "As Head of Marketing & Events and a member of the Executive Board of Swiss Unihockey, Jann brings valuable experience in sports marketing and digitalization, but also knows the customer side through his previous activities at Migros and Philipps, among others".

As COO, Falett will be part of the board of directors of the SCL Tigers, which will now consist of Simon Laager (CEO), Jann Falett (COO), Pascal Müller as Chief Sports Officer (Head of Sports), Pascal Schneider as Chief Hospitality Officer (Head of Gastronomy & Events), Michael Wittwer (CFO) and Jürg Aeschbach as CEO of the SCL Young Tigers & Head of Sports Infrastructure.

Additionally, the Tigers also announced the appointment of Philipp Bohnenblust as Head of Sport of the SCL Young Tigers and assistant to the team manager of the SCL Tigers, Pascal Müller, for the 2024-25 season. Bohnenblust joined the National League in June 2021 as Manager Sport, responsible for the sporting affairs of the National League. He previously worked for the SIHF as Manager National League & Swiss League for seven years.
