Three-year extension with Biel for Miro Zryd

EHC Biel has announced the signing of Miro Zryd to an extension. Still under contract for the remainder of the season, the defenseman will now continue to wear their jersey until 2029. At the end of last year, Klaus Zaugg ("Watson") had already reported that a new deal between club and player would be in place.

Zyrd has been with Biel since 2024, when he joined them from the SCL Tigers. Besides those two teams, the 31-year-old has also played for SC Bern and EV Zug. In total, he currently stands at 492 National League games.
