Their current contract expiring at the end of this season, player and club have agreed to renew it prematurely.
The newly signed extension will make Dario Simion a member of EV Zug until at least 2025. He joined the team in 2018 from HC Davos. Last spring, the 27-year-old played quite a substantial part in the club's championship run, recording nine goals and three assists in 13 playoff games.
"We are proud that Dario is committed to EVZ and will play in our jersey until 2025. He truly exploded last season and grew into a key player", team manager Reto Kläy comments the extension.
