Three-year extension with the Lions for Nicolas Baechler

Nicolas Baechler will remain a member of the ZSC Lions. As the club announced today, an extension of the forward's contract has been signed, binding him for another three years.

"Nicolas proved his physical strengths and showed us that he is a very good player", team manager Sven Leuenberger comments. "Nicolas is one of our young players who has asserted himself and earned a regular spot with the ZSC Lions."

Baechler joined the Lions' youth department in 2016. In 2021, he debuted in the Swiss League with the GCK Lions, and the following season with the "proper" Lions in the National League.
