Tigers' Stéphane Charlin to reportedly return to Geneva next season

As of the 2025-26 season and after three years with the SCL Tigers, Stéphane Charlin is expected to return to Genève-Servette HC. Klaus Zaugg also writes that SC Bern too was interested in the 24-year-old, but the youngster declined and accepted Geneva's offer instead. If confirmed, the Tigers would have to find another goalie to partner up with Luca Boltshauser, whose contract expired in 2026.

Last season, Charlin posted a save percentage of .919 in 30 games with the Tigers, earning himself a call from the head coach of the Swiss national team, Patrick Fischer.
