The Swede last was with the SHL's HV71, but got let go last autumn. Now he will join Dan Tangnes behind the Bulls' bench.
EV Zug have announced a new member to their coaching staff. Tomas Montén will be working alongside head coach Dan Tangnes and fellow assistant Michael Liniger.
"Tomas is the ideal candidate for the vacant position of Assistant Coach", team manager Reto Kläy notes. "He brings a lot of experience from various roles at the association and clubs."
Between 2011 and 2022, the 46-year-old worked for various Swedish national teams.
