For both players, it is a comeback to the club for which they suited up a few years ago.

After two years in Lausanne, and despite one year left on his contract, Igor Jelovac returns to the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, for which he already played from 2020 to 2022. Already in 2022, there was the intention to extend the relationship further, but at that time Jelovac had decided to join Lausanne due to familiar reasons. Now he has signed a contract until 2028.

As for Nathan Vouardoux, the 22-year-old defender is a product of Lausanne HC. He left the organization in 2021 to join the Lakers. With his formative club, Vouardoux has put his signature on a three-year deal. Team manager John Fust believes that the youngster has improved a lot: "He's now an established player who's had a taste of international action. It's important for us to retain our local identity by bringing back talents like Nathan".
