Alexander Yakovenko and Viktor Lööv are both to stay in the Seeland as they sign early contract extensions with EHC Biel.

Alexander Yakovenko is set to play at least three more years with Biel as his new contract is valid until the 2024-25 season. The 23-year-old defender joined Biel as of this season, scoring four goals and 14 assists in 21 games so far.

Viktor Lööv, for his part, inks a two-year contract extension and thus plays until the 2023-24 season for the Seelanders. The 29-year-old Swedish defender as well joined Biel this summer. So far, he played 23 games or them, scoring three goals and seven assists.
