The ZSC Lions have announced a contract extension for Sven Andrighetto, making the 31-year-old part of them until 2029. He has been back with them since 2020 after spending his junior time within the organization but then leaving to play overseas.

“Sven is one of our key players who regularly proves his scoring qualities”, team manager Sven Leuenberger states about Andrighetto. “Sven is one of our key players who regularly proves his scoring qualities. He helps us with his goals and assists in production. And I like his irrepressible will to win. Sven is an integral part of the ZSC Lions and should remain so long-term.”

In the 224 games the forward has played for the Lions since his return, he has recorded 85 goals and 107 assists.
