Until 2031 - early extension with Davos for Yannick Frehner

Earlier today, HC Davos announced a contract extension for Yannick Frehner. Instead of "just" until 2027, the forward will now be part of the National League team until at least 2031.

"Yannick is already an important part of our team and will become even more central to our squad in the coming years", team manager Jan Alston states. "He has earned this contract extension through his development and dedication over the past few years."

Having joined Davos' youth department in 2013, Frehner worked his way through the system to make his debut in men's hockey during the 2017-18 season. From that point onwards, he became a fixture on the National League team and has suited up 389 times since, recording 55 goals and 46 assists.
