According to Swedish news outlet "Expressen", the 25-year-old defenseman is set to suit up for EHC Biel in the upcoming season.

As he told the "Journal du Jura", Martin Steinegger is looking for an import defenseman. Victor Söderström would match that particular profile. The Swede is currently under contract with the Boston Bruins.
However, the defenseman has mostly suited up for their AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins this season. In 57 games, he recorded nine goals and 21 assists.
