Adam Brodecki out until December, EHC Visp signs Jonathan Hazen

Adam Brodecki has undergone several medical examinations over the past ten days following a knee injury. The final diagnosis shows that the Swedish forward will have to undergo surgery in mid-September and is expected to be sidelined for about three months. 

To react to the defection of Brodecki, EHC Visp has signed Jonathan Hazen to a contract valid until December, with an option valid until the end of the season. The 36-year-old was without a contract since the end of the last season, leaving HC Ajoie after twelve years. "He’s fast, technically skilled, and has an outstanding ability to find the back of the net," states team manager Daniele Marghitola.

Last season, Hazen scored ten goals and collected seven assists in 44 games with the Ajoulots.
