The 32-year-old forward has agreed to a one-year contract with the Swiss League team and will thus stay until the end of the 2025-26 season.
EHC Basel
"Alban Rexha is one of our most experienced players. We can fully rely on him. Moreover, we can use him as centre as well as a winger - that's incredibly valuable for us," Kevin Schläpfer, team manager of EHC Basel, said.
Rexha will play his fifth season with EHC Basel this autumn. Last season, he recorded three goals and twelve assists in 43 regular-season games for the Swiss League team.
