Cédric Hächler has decided that this season will be his last in professional hockey.
HC Thurgau
The 32-year-old defenseman is a product of the ZSC Lions' organization and has played over 350 games in the National League and over 370 in the Swiss League. The last two seasons, he has suited up for HC Thurgau. This season, he recorded nine points for HC Thurgau (one goal).
Mikale Slehofer, for his part, will not receive a new contract from Thurgau. The 21-year-old forward joined HC Thurgau this season and recorded two goals and three assists in 24 games for them.
