The 34-year-old forward has agreed to an early contract extension and will stay with the Swiss League team until 2027.

Hobi has been with HC Thurgau since the 2019-20 season and has, except for one season, always been part of HCT's captain team. This season, he has recorded four goals and four assists in 21 regular-season games.
