Swiss League
According to the "Thurgauer Zeitung", the 18-year-old forward has received an opportunity to showcase his skills from the Swiss League team.
Rafael Meier is a product of EHC Kloten's organization and suited up for their U20 team last season, recording 18 goals and 13 assists in 43 regular-season games.
Meier was present at HC Thurgau's first on-ice practice of the season. Not available to HCT's coaching staff at the moment are Luis Janett, Justin Salamin, and Valentin Senn, as they are all dealing with minor injuries. They should, however, be able to make their return "in a couple of weeks or even days."
