EHC Visp extends contracts of Ritz & Riatsch, signs Vincent Despont

While 27-year-old Andy Ritz has agreed to a one-year deal, Fadri Riatsch, who has been with EHC Visp since 2019, has signed a two-year deal with the Swiss League team.

Visp has, however, not only extended the contracts of their current players, they have also acquired a new talent in Vincent Despont.

The 20-year-old defenseman played the past two seasons in the QMJHL for the Saint John Sea Dogs. This season, he recorded three goals and seven assists in 48 games. He will stay until 2025.
