EHC Visp inks Joel Marchon to a one-year contract

For the upcoming 2025-26 season, EHC Visp's head coach Luca Gianinazzi will be able to count on the services of Joel Marchon. Last season, the youngster already suited up mostly in the Swiss League on loan to EHC Olten.

Team manager Daniele Marghitola believes that Marchon can look back on an outstanding season in Olten: "he was able to raise his level of play and prove to be decisive in offense in particular. He combines intensity, determination, and single-mindedness. His steady progress and energy make him a first-class addition to our offense, and he fits our philosophy perfectly."

After scoring eight goals and collecting five assists in 20 regular-season games with the Mice, Marchon added seven goals and four assists in 13 playoff games. With Kloten, he scored one goal in twelve appearances.
