The 27-year-old joins EHC Winterthur as a short-term injury replacement for Canadian Matt Fonteyne.

Coming from Vålerenga in the Norwegian top league, which he left in mutual agreement at the end of September after only four games, Henrik Eriksson will continue his career in Switzerland. His contract with EHC Winterthur is valid for the next two months.

In four games with Vålerenga this season, Eriksson collected two points. In addition to Norway, in his career, Eriksson played in Italy, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Austria, and Sweden.
