Two weeks after dissolving his contract with EHC Visp, the 34-year-old has agreed to return to his formative club.
For the next two seasons, the reigning champions of the Swiss League will be able to count on Evgenï Chiriaev. Their former player will thus return to his formative club after 15 years, the majority of which he spent for other clubs in the Swiss League.
In a press statement two weeks ago, Chiriaev announced his departure from Visp due to "an urgent need to move closer to their families".
