The 26-year-old Dane will reinforce EHC Winterthur in the 2025-26 season.

It will be David Madsen's first season in Switzerland. The forward played in the Danish league for the past six seasons and will now set up his tent outside Denmark. The past two seasons, Madsen suited up for SønderjyskE.
In 45 regular-season games, he recorded 18 goals and 20 assists. He added two goals and one assist in seven postseason games to his tally.
