For the upcoming 2026-27 season, EHC Visp has decided to take a chance on 21-year-old Philéas Perrenoud, convinced that he can bring a lot to the team: "He is a very intelligent player on the ice who positions himself well and makes the right decisions with the puck. He plays responsibly and can also make an impact offensively," states team manager Daniele Marghitola.
Perrenoud joins EHC Visp from Cergy-Pontoise, a club from the Ligue Magnus. He suited up for them in the past three seasons, collecting 75 points in 149 games, including 35 in 49 games this past year. He also played two games for the French national team this season.
