The 33-year-old forward will stay with the Swiss League team for the duration of a month.
The signing of Olavi Vauhkonen became necessary due to the adductor injury of Sebastian Bengtsson. The Swede is still out for at least another two weeks.
Vauhkonen is a product of Jokerit Helsinki and has only ever played in Finland. The Finn last played for Vaasan Sport, recording nine goals and 13 assists in 39 games.
