HC La Chaux-de-Fonds signs three players, extends contract of Santeri Matikainen

Gianluca Barbei, Marc Aeschlimann, and Marco Forrer will join the Swiss League team for the 2023-24 season.

While Marco Forrer (HC Thurgau) and Gianluca Barbei (EHC Winterthur) have signed one-year contracts with HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, Marc Aeschlimann (SCL Tigers) has agreed to a two-year deal. 

The Swiss League team has also extended the contract of Santeri Matikainen. The 33-year-old Finn has been HCC's goaltending coach for the past two seasons and will continue to serve in that position next season.
