HC Thurgau activates B-license of Bryan Rüegger

HC Fribourg-Gottéron, in turn, will receive Loic Galley as a backup goaltender for tonight's game against the ZSC Lions. HC Thurgau was in dire need of a goaltender, as their starting goalie Luis Janett is dealing with a concussion and is out indefinitely.

Rüegger's availability to the Swiss League team will be assessed on a situational basis. After several seasons with HC Thurgau, the goaltender is currently in his first season with HC Fribourg-Gottéron. He already made his debut for the Dragons, posting a .905 save percentage.
