Swiss League
The 24-year-old defenseman has agreed to terms with HC Thurgau. His new deal will be valid until the end of the 2027-28 season and contains an out clause for the National League.
HC Thurgau
Alessandro Villa has suited up for the Swiss League team for almost three season. He has, however, only been under contract with HC Thurgau since the 2024-25 season.
A product of HC Lugano, the defender played his first professional games for HC Lugano and the HCB Ticino Rockets (now the Bellinzona Snakes). In 14 games for HC Thurgau this season, he has recorded five assists.
