The 22-year-old forward has agreed to a one-year contract extension and will thus stay in Visp until the end of the 2026-27 season.

Joel Marchon has played junior hockey for EV Zug, EHC Kloten, and even two QMJHL teams. He made his debut at the professional stage with EHC Kloten. He is currently in his first season with EHC Visp and has recorded 13 goals and eleven assists in 36 regular-season games.
