With the signing of the 28-year-old defenseman, the Rockets have now eleven players under contract.
Philip Åhlström has been playing in Switzerland since the 2014-15 season. Last season, he recorded two goals and ten assists in 42 regular-season games for EHC Visp.
With the addition of the Swede, the Rockets are done with contract signings. The rest of the roster will be provided by HC Ambrì-Piotta and the SCL Tigers.
