Following the agreement with Sierre-Valais Sports SA in June, it was known that two of their members would have been welcomed to the Board of Directors of HC Sierre. As already established, one of them is Chris McSorley, while the second name is that of Christophe Stucki, former CEO of Genève-Servette HC.
Moreover, Sierre-Valais Sport SA has officially taken a stake in the company's share capital. In June, it was explained that Sierre-Valais Sports SA would hold 30 % of HC Sierre's shares with the goal of eventually becoming the majority shareholder of the Swiss League team.
