The playoff quarterfinal matchups are set

HC Sierre (1) will face the GCK Lions (8). HC Thurgau (2) finished the regular season with the same amount of points as EHC Visp, but with a better goal differential. They will play against EHC Olten (7). 

EHC Visp (3) will square off against EHC Basel (6), which also ended its season with the same number of points as EHC Chur (5). The latter will face HC La Chaux-de-Fonds (4) in the playoffs. 

EHC Winterthur (last season in the Swiss League). EHC Arosa and the GDT Bellinzona Snakes are done with their season.
