Swiss League

The offer to watch Swiss League games on TV or in a stream will be significantly expanded for the upcoming 2023-24 season.

As anticipated yesterday by "Blick", in addition to the OTT platform swissleague.tv, Sky and CH Media will now also show games from the second-top Swiss ice hockey league. On Sky, all Swiss League games will be included in the subscription package "Sky Sport".

As for CH Media, the games of EHC Olten and HC Thurgau will be available for "Abo+ subscribers" on their news portals, while the final series of the Swiss League playoffs will be shown on their national TV channels.

"With the two new partners Sky and CH Media, the Swiss League will once again have a stronger presence both in the stream and on TV," explains Patrick Bloch, CEO of Swiss Ice Hockey, "We are delighted that this will enable us to significantly increase the media reach and visibility of Switzerland's second-highest league."

"Blick" reported yesterday that each team is supposed to get CHF 300,000 from the deal. However, according to Klaus Zaugg ("Watson"), it will be CHF 300,000 for the entire league, meaning each team would only get CHF 30,000.
