Swiss League

Ever since the Swiss League went its own way, they have been looking for a broadcasting partner for their games. It seems like they have found a solution.

According to "Blick", the Swiss League has come to an agreement with Sky. But some games as well as the Playoff Final series will apparently also be available on free TV, as the deal with Sky also contains CH Media.

Each team is supposed to get CHF 300,000 from the deal. With that, the Swiss League teams would gain about the same amount of money from broadcasting rights as they used to. Apparently, Swiss Ice Hockey helped facilitate the deal with Sky.
