While confirming the arrival of Cory Emmerton, HC Sierre's team manager Christoph Fellay says that further additions will have to wait.

"We'll be sure to keep an eye on the market over the summer, keeping an eye out for players who may have speculated on a contract in the National League and find themselves available," Christophe Fellay says to "Le Nouvelliste".

But until the team will hit the ice again to prepare for the new season, nothing more is to be expected. "We'll also be evaluating a few youngsters during the summer preparation camp. (...) There are also plans to strengthen the coaching and medical staff."

For now, Fellay is happy to have been able to sign Canadian forward Cory Emmerton: "All our contacts have confirmed that this is the best possible choice for a player already established in our country despite his 35 years. With him, there won't be any unpleasant surprises."
