Spengler Cup
HC Fribourg-Gottéron has acquired the 31-year-old forward as the third addition to their Spengler Cup roster.
HC Thurgau
Daniel Ljunggren will join Niklas Friman (HC Ajoie) and Michal Čajkovský (HC Ambri-Piotta), who will also suit up for the Dragons in the tournament.
Ljunggren is familiar with the team, as he has played a couple of games with them via B-license. The Swede has appeared in 30 games for HC Thurgau this season, recording eight goals and 16 assists.
