Spengler Cup
As anticipated, Leo Komarov will join the National League team for the traditional tournament. Furthermore, HC Davos will be reinforced by Niko Huuhtanen.

Leo Komarov has not played professionally this season. The former NHL forward spent the past two seasons suiting up for HIFK in the Finnish Liiga. He recorded six goals and 13 assists in 39 regular-season games for them last season.
As for Niko Huuhtanen, he was signed by EHC Biel at the beginning of December and will thus have the opportunity to play some games during the tournament. He has appeared in one game for EHC Biel since arriving in Switzerland.
