The 25-year-old forward has agreed to a one-year entry-level contract.
André Heim has one year left on his contract with HC Ambrì-Piotta. However, the NHL transfer agreement allows him to sign with an NHL team despite his contract with the Biancoblù.
This past season, the forward recorded twelve goals and 19 assists in 42 regular-season games.
