David Reinbacher injured, Connor Hughes assigned to the AHL

The defenseman left the game in the first period after a hit by Matthew Knies. Reinbacher did not return to the game afterwards. The Habs lost the game against the Leafs 2-1.

The Canadiens also made some roster moves last night. Connor Hughes was reassigned to Montreal's AHL affiliate, the Laval Rocket. The goaltender will thus start his season in the AHL.
